Leslie Wilson, Vice President

Leslie Wilson joined Wee Watch® in 1987 and quickly became an active part in the development of the successful Wee Watch brand and agency program. Hands-on in managing the company’s business operations, Wilson also continues to be instrumental in elevating and maintaining child care well above regional standards in all Wee Watch homes.

Wilson takes pride in ensuring that Wee Watch management and Providers continually update their knowledge of educational methods and care components. She strives to provide every opportunity for children to achieve their full potential while in the care of Wee Watch. Assisting franchisees in utilizing the Wee Watch system is another part of Wilson’s duties. Not only does this help franchisees achieve personal and financial goals, but also ensures a valuable service is provided to the community.

When the current Canadian Universal Child Care benefit was proposed in 2006, Wilson was invited to address both the House of Commons as well as the Senate. She presented her expert opinions on daycare business, the Wee Watch program and the financial impact on families requiring childcare. Wilson has found a home for her talents with Wee Watch.
